We want you to be completely satisfied with your MoMA Design Store purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain oversized furniture and custom orders may be subject to specific return restrictions or restocking fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Locate your order number and zip code to start a return through our online portal or contact our customer service team for assistance.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
